Seaside vacation in an ecologically clean environment

The beach by “Miķeļbāka” camp site is wide, sandy with no rocks and is several hundred meters long. Before Latvia regained its independence, this area between Ventspils and Kolka was denied for traveler access. As a result of this, the entire 80 km long coast is not overpopulated and its environment has remained wild and ecologically clean!

Right by the sea

Camp site is located in Ventspils district, Miķeļtornis right by the sea amidst pine woodlands.

Family friendly

This place is suitable for all tourists and especially families with kids, children and youth camps.

That was a great stay with a beautiful nature and away from crowds. Martin (the host) is a very friendly and extremely helpful guy. The camping is really charming. It is hidden in a forest and very close to a beautiful beach, which is rarely visited by anybody.

Great stay - thank you so much!!! We arrived late after a long day of hiking. The hosts went out if their way to make us feel at home. They even prepared a dinner for us, eventhough we had not send them a notice prior. The location is beautiful - we could watch a beautiful sunset on the beach. Everyone at the campsite was extremely friendly and we could not have asked for a better stay. We strongly recommend this place!!
